Funeral services for Mr. Travis Earl Carter, age 18, of Moreno Valley, Ca., formerly of Winnfield, La., will be held Saturday, December 19, 2009, at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Winnfield Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Walker officiating. Interment will follow in the Winnfield Cemetery. Mr. Carter passed Sunday, December 6, 2009 in Moreno Valley, Ca. Mr. Carter is survived by: his parents, Travis and Latrenda Phillips both of Moreno Valley, Ca; one(1) brother, De'Montrez Carter; three(3) sisters, La'Travia, Diamond, and Dominique; two(2) grandmothers; two(2) uncles, three(3) aunts, and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
