Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby J. Lindsey, age 64, of Winnfield, La., will be held Saturday, October 3, 2009, at 2:00 P.M. at the Truevine B.C., with Rev. Jerry Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in the Winnfield Cemetery. Mrs. Lindsey, a homemaker, passed Sunday, September 27, 2009, at the Minden Medical Center in Minden, La. Mrs. Lindsey is survived by: her husband, L.C. Lindsey, Sr., of Winnfield, La; two(2) sons, Leonard Lindsey, Jr., and Jasper Lindsey, both of Winnfield, La; five(5) daughters, Veronica McCoy, Shelia Lindsey, Evelyn Lindsey and Reshonda Lindsey, all of Winnfield, La; Yalonda Ross of Alexandria, La; four(4) brothers, Robert Perry of Houston, Tx; Theotis Perry and Morgan Perry, both of St. Maurice, La; Bruce Green of Spring, Tx.;five(5) sisters,Lois Hendrix of Houston,Tx; Abron Reynolds of Wildwood, Mo; Anna Lemee of St. Louis,Mo; Henrietta Green of Houston,Tx; Barbara Nelson of Spring,Tx thirteen(13) grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
