Allen was born on October 8, 1937 in Armistead, Louisiana to Howard Allen Sr. and Beatrice Gipson Dominck. He enjoyed preaching the word of God. Pastor Allen went home to be with the Lord on November 11/22/2017. He is preceded in death by his parents; Howard Allen Sr. and Beatrice Gipson Dominck, 5 siblings; Lee Ester Lyons, Joyce Davis, Arma Bright, Howard Allen Jr., Wesley Allen. He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife; Mattie Allen, 10 children, 2 Sisters; Hattie M.
