Ocie Charles Smith was born on January 6, 1941 to Will and Ciller Smith in Coushatta, La., he attended Booker Y. Washington High School.He enjoyed watching talk shows. Mr. Ocie Charles Smith is preceded in death by his parents; Will and Ciller Smith. He leaves to cherish is memories his siblings; Minister Milton Smith Sr., Emma Johnson, Willie Leroy Smith, cousins; Harman and Vondia Elye of Haughton, La., a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
