M. T. Jackson Jr. was born on August 30, 1947 in Nederland, Texas to M. T. Jackson Sr. and Mary Lee Jackson. M. T. accepted Christ as a young adult. Moving to Minden, Louisiana, he continued his faith as he attended Gladstone Baptist Church. M. T. retired as a truck driver and heavy machinery operator for over 45 years. After retiring, he continued to enjoy life, good music and food with friends and family. On October 9, 2017, M. T. entered into eternal life. He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Rosetta Thomas, Pinkie Tillman and Fannie Mae Collins; one grandchild, Montravion Taylor and one great grandchild, Jakarhia Taylor. M. T. leaves to cherish precious memories: sister, Joann Jones; children, June Taylor, Lisa Williams, Neva Taylor (Arantes Wright), Nicole Hardy (Marcus Hardy) and George Becnel; fourteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.We mourn the loss and Celebrate the Life and Legacy of Mr. Moochie Jackson 70, of Nederland, Texas Please keep the Jackson Family lifted in your prayers.
