Minnie V. Germany was born on June 6, 1935 to Nathan Jones and Celia Jones in Frierson, Louisiana, her greatest hobby was working in her garden. At an early age, Minnie, confessed her faith in Jesus Christ and later joined Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church. On July 18, 2017, Minnie V. Germany, departed this life and entered into rest. She was preceded in death by her husband; Governor Germany, her parents; Nathan Jones and Celia Jones, 2 grandchildren, 2 brothers. Precious memories will be cherished by her children; Minnie Jean Jenkins, Gatha Butler (Jimmy), Judy Gilliam (Karl), Governor Germany (Retie), Gregory Germany (Lorine), Terry Germany, 15 grandchildren, 6 siblings, 37 great grandchildren, a host of cousins and friends.We mourn the loss and Celebrate the Life and Legacy of Mrs. Minnie Germany 82, of Shreveport, La.
