Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Olevia Pennywell, age 78, of Winnfield, La., will be held Saturday, September 12, 2009, at 4:00 P.M. in the chapel of Winnfield Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Hamms officiating. Interment will follow in the Cedar Grove B.C. Cemetery near Winnfield, La. Visitation is Friday from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home. Mrs. Pennywell, a retired hospital housekeeping employee, passed Tuesday, September 8, 2009, at the Winn Parish Medical Center in Winnfield, La. Mrs. Pennywell is survived by: her husband, Ellis Pennywell of Winnfield, La; two(2) sons, Jimmy F. Pennywell, and Donald R. Pennywell, both of Saginaw, MI; three(3) daughters, Ella F. Pennywell, Sharon Wells, and Veronica Pittman, all of Winnfield, La; two(2) sisters, Eddie R. Fobbs, and Ernestine Hall, both of Winnfield, La; ten(10) grandchildren, numerous great and great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
