Funeral service for Lois Thompson age 44 will be held on Saturday January 17, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at My Father's House Church with Rev. Alton Earl Hyde officiating. Interment will follow in the Jackson Square cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday January 16, 2009 at the funeral home chapel from 6-9 p.m. Ms. Thompson passed away on Tuesday January 6, 2009 at Schumpert Hospital Shreveport, LA. Survivors include: one daughter Latasha Thompson, four sisters Audrey Vecher, Gail Richards, Deborah Ellis and Sharon Lee. Two brothers Sylvester Richard and Bobby Thompson. Four beautiful grandchildren; Jaheim, RaShyra, Shamyra Thompson, and Rufus King Jr., six neices, seven nephews, three aunts, and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins and friend.
