Funeral services for Mr. Lloyd King, age 73, of Winnfield, La., will be held Saturday, September 26, 2009, at 2:00 P.M. at the New Zion Missionary Baptist Church, with Rev. Tommy Hamms officiating. Interment will follow in the Winnfield Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 6-9 P.M. at the funeral home. Mr. King, a retired educator, passed Friday, September 18, 2009 in the Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, La. Mr. King is survived by: his wife, Rev. Ann King, of Winnfield, La; one(1) son, Eric King, of Kansas City, Ks; one(1) daughter, Pastor Victoria King-Myles of Stone Mountain, Ga; one(1) brother, George King, Jr., of Detroit, Mi; Additional survivors include seven(7) grandchildren, two(2) great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
