On June 28, 1986, a handsome son was born to Brenda Renea Armstrong and Lewis Addison in which they named John Terrell Armstrong. He departed his earth on July 31, 2009. He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother Rosa Cannon, grandmothers; Retha Armstrong and Bertha Mae Addison, grandfather John Addison, Sr. and Nora Listach, Sr.; two uncles; Clarence June Armstrong and John Addison, Jr. His education was attained through the public school system of Natchitoches Parish from which he earned a high school diploma. He continued his formal education at The University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He acknowledged Christ as a personal Savior at the First Baptist Church on North Street of Natchitoches, La under the leadership of the Rev. Stanley Lewis, Pastor. John leaves to cherish his memory; his mother Brenda Armstrong and father Lewis Addison of Natchitoches, La.; a loving wife, Shaneda Shandell Armstrong of Natch. La.; five children, Malasia Imoni Unique Armstrong, John Terrell Armstrong Jr., Johnathan Terrell Armstrong, Arianna Alexandra Armstrong, and Brooklyn Jade Armstrong, all of Natchitoches, La. He is also survived by three sisters; Marlena Scott (Sam) of Natchitoches, La., Shontell Addison (Deam) of Houston, TX. and Janae Addison of Alexandria, La., three brothers; Lewis Armstrong and Jeremy Armstrong all of Natchitoches La. Six aunts, and five uncles all of Natchitoches La., A special God-mother, Glenda Fisher and a host of other relatives and friends.
