Funeral services for Mr. Joe Edward Johnson, age 81, of Winnfield, La. will be held Saturday, Jan. 17, 2009, at 2:00 P.M. in the Greater Neal Temple Church of God in Christ, With Dr. Harold Wright, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Winnfield Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 6-8 P.M. in the funeral home. Mr. Johnson, a retired plywood plant employee passed Monday, Jan. 12, 2009, in the Specialty Hospital of Winnfield. Mr. Johnson is survived by: two(2) sons; Lionell Johnson of Houston, Tx., Bruce Johnson of Winnfield, La; two(2)daughters; Patricia Street Bell, and Brandy Johnson, both of Winnfield, La. Other survivors include one(1) brother, Willie Johnson of Winnfield, La., ten(10) grandchildren, forteen(14) great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
