Funeral services for Mrs. Janie S. Rhone, age 79, of Winnfield, La., will be held Wednesday, March 4, 2009, at 1:00 P.M. at the Ackland Creek B.C. in Jonesville, La., with Rev. Rodney McFarland, Sr., officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday, March 3, 2009, from 6-8 P.M. at the Mt. Olive Missionary B.C. of Winnfield, La. Mrs. Rhone a retired plywood plant employee, passed Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2009, in the Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, La. Mrs. Rhone is survived by: two(2) sons, Len Rhone, Jr., of Detroit, MI., and Jordan Rhone of Tuscon, Az. three(3) daughters, Lindsey Rhone of Inglewood, CA., Elaine Rhone of Detroit, MI., and Johnnie Wilkerson, of Fullerton, CA. Mrs. Rhone is also survived by two(2)sisters, Addie McKennis, and Matilda Shavers, both of Los Angeles, CA. Other survivors include sixteen(16) grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
