Obituary Janice Denise Weisner.

Janice Denise Weisner, was called to home to be with her Heavenly Father, July 17, 2024 at Willis Knighton Hospital.

"Neice" was born on January 25, 1964 in Shreveport, LA to the late John Wesley Weisner, Jr and the Late Willie Pearl Weisner. She was the baby of four children.

"Neice" professed faith in Christ by joining Washington Temple CME Church. She was a loyal member until the failing health of mother, at which time she was dedicated to caring for her.

"Neice was a 1982 graduate of Southwood High School. She attended Southern University-Shreveport for two years. Being the spoiled baby she was she did not want to transfer to the main campus in Baton Rouge, because she did not want to eat someone else's cooking. "Momma Baby."

"Neice" was a caregiver not only for her family, but the community also. Upon the failing health of her Aunt and cousin, she took on the responsible of making sure she needs were met. She transported neighbors to doctors' appointments, picked up prescriptions and anything else she could assist with. She operated a home daycare helping with the care of friend's children and grand-children.

She was preceded in death by her father, John W. Weisner, Jr, mother, Willie Pearl Burks Weisner, and brother, John Ernest Weisner.

She leaves to "CELEBRATE HER LIFE" her daughter Trameishia Chynise Weisner (Shreveport, LA); Sisters' Gwendolyn Weisner Stephens (Jerome) Cedar Hill, TX, Jamesetta Weisner (Shreveport, LA); Neices: Bridgett Jones (Memphis, TN) and Joycelyn L. Stephens (Cedar Hill, TX); Specials Sisters: Angela Hilton, Ann Sanders, and Terri Nelson; Special Nephew: Braylen Proby, with a host of relatives and friends.
