Funeral services for Mr. Freddie L. Nichols, age 39, of Dodson, La., will be held Tuesday, August 18, 2009, at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of Winnfield Funeral Home of Winnfield, La., with Rev. Dennis Honeycutt officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Hill B.C. Cemetery near Winnfield, La. Visitation is Monday from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home. Mr. Nichols, a landscaper, passed Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at the Winn Parish Medical Center in Winnfield, La. Survivors include his wife, Debra Nichols of Kansas City, Mo; mother and stepfather, Shirley and Rev. Dennis Honeycutt, of Kansas City, Mo; father, George Matson of Houston, Tx; four(4) brothers, Roger Nichols of Chesapeake, Va; Teddie Nichols of Dodson, La; Billy Evans and Mohammed Evans, both of Kansas City, Mo; one(1) sister, Lizzie Evans of Kansas City, Mo.
