Funeral Services for Mr. Frank Williams will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. in the Winnfield Funeral Home Chapel, 3701 Hollywood Avenue, Shreveport, LA. 71109. Family Hour will be Friday from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. at the above listed location. Interment will be in the Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery, 6915 W. 70th Street, Shreveport, LA. 71129.
