Flossie Ethel Glover was born June 28, 1956, to the late Sammy Lee Williams Sr. and Ollie Bailey Glover. Flossie was baptized at an early age at Mary Goula Baptist Church in Shreveport, LA where the Reverend Moses Williams was her pastor.
After attending Woodlawn High School, Flossie pursued her dream of becoming a hairstylist. She attended Pat Goins Beauty School and successfully received her cosmetology certification. Through the years, Flossie styled hair for her family, friends, and others in the community.
Flossie is preceded in death by two sisters, Gloria Latin, and Phillis Marie Smith and five brothers, Floyd Ray Bailey, Donald Ray Bailey, Bobby Glover, Robert Glover Jr., and Wilbert Glover.
Those left to cherish her memory are her five children, Paul Glover, Laketchie Glover, Gwendolyn Glover, Devilin Glover, and Donald Glover. A special son-in-law, Ricky Brown Sr. Her siblings, Sammy Williams and Peggy Williams. Her sixteen grandchildren with one on the way, Antorio, Paulette, Ricky (Yashayla), Latisha, Devante, Rakeisha, Jasmine, Devin, Kenyon, Devilin, Khailayaa, Porshay, Chloe, Devilin Jr., D'Brendan and Kashtyn and her ten great-grandchildren. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends
