OBITUARY FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS. EARLINE CALHOUN BONNER WILL BE HELD SATURDAY, JANUARY 23, 2010 AT THE WINNFIELD FUNERAL HOME AT 2:00 P. M. A WAKE SERVICE WILL BE CONVENED AT THE FUNERAL HOME THE PRECEDING FRIDAY NIGHT FROM 6:00 P. M. TO 9:00 P. M. BURIAL WILL FOLLOW IN THE FUNERAL IN THE METHODIST CEMETERYIN THE ALLEN, LA COMMUNITY. Sister Earline C. Bonner was born July 30, 1953 in Natchitoches Parish to the parentage of Mr. Lee Ellis Calhoun and Mrs. Febbie Calhoun, both of whom preceded her in death. Earline Confessed Christ at the age of 30 and became a member of the New Mary Magdalene Baptist Church of Gahagan, Louisiana under the leadership of Pastor Charles Horton. She departed this earthly life for a better place on January 19, 2010. Earline was one of 15 children born to her parents, five of whom preceded in death. Sister Calhoun was married to Freddy Lee Bonner, Sr. and, to this union, five children were born: Holly (Nina) Bonner (Will), Freddy Bonner, Jr., Nancy Williams (Booker), Timmy Bonner and Coudy Bonner (Kim). She is survived by her husband, five children, eleven grandchildren and nine siblings along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
