Funeral Services will be celebrated at the St. Peter Baptist Church Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 1:00 p. m. with burial following in the Campti Cemetery. A wake service will be held at the Winnfield Funeral Home on the preceding Friday evening from 6 - 9 p. m. Obituary of Earl Dorsey McDonald, Jr. Earl Dorsey McDonald, Jr. was born February 3, 1963 to the late Earl Dorsey McDonald, Sr. and Dorothy Marshall in Winnfield, LA. At an early age, Earl was affectionately known as Mo Mo and relocated to Campti, LA with his mother. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and was baptized and became a member of St. Peter Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Johnny D. Pye. Mo Mo attended school in Natchitoches Parish and was a yearly participant in the Special Olympics. MO Mo had an enormous love and passion for music; he enjoyed working puzzles, playing dominoes, and spending time with family and friends. Mo Mos friendly, polite and courteous personality was often spent helping others which made it easy to love and accept him. He enjoyed having fun and refused to allow anyone to engage in a dull moment of silence. Mo Mos love and memories will forever be cherished by his two sisters: Elvia Smith (Rickey) and Suiu Lewis (Latrick) of Natchitoches, LA; three brothers: Michael McDonald of Campti, LA, Willie Marshall (Ericka) of Lake Charles, LA, Greg Washington of Winnfield, LA; grandmother, Emma Marshall; three uncles, Jerry Wayne and Charles Ray Marshal (Jessica) of Campti, LA and John Marshall, Jr. of Natchitoches, LA; three aunts: Sarah Ann Lynus (Lloyd) and Ida Marie Rivers of Campti, LA and Willie Faye Merrett of Natchitoches, LA as well as a special friend, Cynthia Mitchell. Mo Mo will be missed by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
