Funeral services for Dorothy Nora age 79 of Campti will be held Saturday December 13, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at St Peter B.C. with Rev Alfred Williams III officiating. Interment will follow in the Campti Community Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home chapel. Mrs. Nora passed away Thursday December 6, 2008 at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center. She was a retired teacher with 30 years experience in Natchitoches Parish School. Survivors include: her husband, Clemon, and three grandchildren, De`Unka Riser, Gerald Wayne Besant II and Clemoron Besant; one aunt, Hazel Jenkins; two sisters, Ella Spade and Gloria Wilson; one sister-in-law, Virginia Dean (Leon); three nieces of Houston and one of Virginia; six nephews of Shreveport and Houston along with many other relatives and friends.
