Dorothy Lee Foster Douglas was born on December 23, 1938 in Shreveport, La. to Mr. Jessie Foster and Mary Ella Barnes, she accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age later she joined Tabernacle Baptist Church. Dorothy worked as a private sitter for a Home Care Center. Dorothy is proceeded in death by her parents: Jessie Foster and Mary Ella Barnes, one son: George Douglas, five sisters: Mary Lee Taylor, Mercy D. Davis, Joanna Spurs, Jessie Dell Ray, Dairyland Artley, two brothers: Fage Foster Sr., Oliver Foster. She leaves to cherish her memories: her children: Gladys Foster- Blackwell, Alonzo Douglas, Freddie Douglas, Rickey Foster, one sister: Emma Lee Talton, 13 grand children, 5 great grand children and a host of cousins and friends.We mourn the loss and Celebrate the Life and Legacy of Mrs. Dorothy Lee Foster Douglas 78, of Shreveport, La.
