Dorothy Mae Johnson Autrey was born on October 31, 1949 to L.C Johnson Sr. and Easter Mae Johnson in Caddo Parish, La. she attended Blackhawk College for 2 years. She was a member of Greater New Zion Missionary Baptist Church, she was awarded as Co-Founder of Shreveport Mother/ Daughter Banquet. Mrs. Autrey loved designing and decorating, photography, she also loved flowers and loved living her life and she was also a huge saints fan. She worked as a Home Health Care Provider. Dorothy Mae Johnson Autrey passed the life on January 5, 2018 of Natural Causes. She is preceded in death by her husband; Vernon Autrey Sr., parents; L.C Johnson Sr. and Easter Mae Johnson. Her memories will be cherished by her children; Gabriel Johnson, Gayland Johnson, Vernon Autrey Jr., four siblings; Dianne Johnson Holmes, L.C Johnson Jr., Billy Ray Johnson, Anthony Johnson, 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, 13 nieces and nephews, and a host of cousins and friends.
