Donald Wayne Washington was born to Ethel Washington in Natchitoches, La on June 17, 1948 he attended Central High School and Grambling State University while in college he was the drum major of the marching band, Donald enjoyed reading and building things. He is preceded in death by his mother; Ethel Washington, and one sibling; Morrel Washington.
