Mr. Dennis Ray Collins Sr. 58 years of age of Shreveport, La passed away on June 11, 2017 at Advanced Rehabilitation and Nursing Home in Dallas, Texas He was preceded in death by his wife Angela Collins and father Elmo Collins.
