A student at Southern University and resident of Baton Rouge, he died Sunday, Aug. 15, 2010, at the Butterfly Wing of Hospice of Baton Rouge. He was 19 and a native of New Orleans. Visiting at Winnfield Funeral Home on Saturday, Aug. 21, from 8:30 a.m. until religious service at 1 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Henry Lamb Jr. Interment in Winnfield Memorial Park. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Julia Conley and Darrell Williams; father, Merlin Galle; two brothers, Robert J. Hale III and Ira B. Hale; grandparents, Merlin Galle, Sandra Galle, and Artimese and Clarence Washington; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joan and Thomas Davis; a cousin, Sharyia Chenlan; and two uncles. Services entrusted to Winnfield Funeral Home.
