We mourn the loss and Celebrate the Life & Legacy of Mrs. Debbie Lee Smalley, 62 of Shreveport, La. Debbie Lee Pinkney Smalley died peacefully on December 20,2020 at 2:50 PM in Shreveport, Louisiana at the age of 62. Debbie is survived by her children: Robert Pinkney, LyQuinton Pinkney of Shreveport, LA, Justin Smalley, wife, Andria of Houston, TX, 12 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father James Allen and her mother Mary Lee of Shreveport, her son Marland Pinkney of Shreveport, LA. Debbie was born on January 6, 1958 in Shreveport, LA to James Allen and Mary Lee. She graduated from Booker T. Washington in 1976. She served as a supervisor for PJ Foods Inc. for almost 20 years. Debbie enjoyed listening to rhythm and blues, spending time with her children, and tending to her grandchildren. A graveside funeral is scheduled for Monday, December 28 at 1:00 PM at Carver Memorial. Due to COVID restrictions, the family will have a private ceremony and reception to celebrate Debbies life.
