Funeral services for Mr. Curling Brinson, age 82, of Olla, La., will be held Wednesday, June 24, 2009, at 11:A.M. at the Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Winnfield, La., with Rev. Ardonul Brinson officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery under direction of Winnfield Funeral Home of Winnfield, La. Visitation is Tuesday from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home. Mr. Brinson, a retired rock quarry employee, passed Friday, June 19, 2009, at his residence in Olla, La. Mr. Brinson is survived by: three(3) sons, Curling L. Brinson, and Elvin R. Brinson, both of Jena ,La; Willie J. Brinson, of Winnfield, La. Four(4) daughters, Cathy Magee, Barbara Brinson, and Janesia A. Brinson, all of Olla, La., and Bertha Brinson of Jena, La. Additional survivors include thirty seven(37)grandchildren, fifty seven(57) great grandchildren, two(2) great great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
