CW4 Clarence Levy, Jr., died Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He was a Logistics Management Specialist in Huntsville, Alabama and a 37 year US Army retiree. Visiting at Winnfield Funeral Home, 7221 Plank Road on Sunday, February 24, 2008, 6pm-9pm. Visitation will continue at Mt. Pleasant B.C., 22911 Reames Road, Zachary, LA on Monday, February 25, 2008, 10:00am until religious services at 11:00am conducted by the Rev. Johnnie Turner. Interment in Port Hudson National Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Marie M. Levy; four children, Clarence (Erica) Levy, III, Kyle C. Levy, Lisa M. (Russell) Lowery, and Rose R. Levy; sister, Rose Mary Levy Joseph; brother, Dennis R. Levy; six grandchildren, sister-in-law, Katherine (Roy) Mills,brother-in-law, Walter (Teresa) Millhouse; two nephews, LeRoyal D. (Sonya) Williams, Brian K. (Tracy) Williams; two nieces, Neisha Mills, Tere Millhouse; godchild, Janelle Bracken; great aunt and godmother, Elsie Nettles; two aunts, Carrie (Clarence) Jones, Bessie (Christopher) Grease; three uncles, Michael (Sandra White, Ulysses (Dorothy) White, Ray (Helen) White, a host of other relatives and friends including 1st cousins, Lillie M. Phillips and Edna M. Wallace. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence, Sr. and Mary Major Levy and a brother, Willie E. Levy. Active Pallbearers will be the 321st Sustainment B.D.E.
