Charles went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 5, 2014 p.m. at Southern Hills Hospital, Las Vegas, Nevada. He is the husband of Elder Ruthy Perry Stull of Las Vegas, Nevada and the son of the late parents of Rev. John C. and Mrs. Essie E. Stull of Frierson, Louisiana. He is the father of Gail Jackson Manuel, San Bernardino, California and Monguella D. Stull (deceased), Las Vegas, Nevada. He is the brother of Ruth Stull, Shreveport, Louisiana, Marye Stull-Patterson, Federal Way, Washington and Clarence Stull, Arlington Texas. Charles resided in Las Vega, Nevada and worked for the Clark county School District for eleven years, 3 years as a High School Mathematics teacher and 8 years as a finance auditor. Realizing that the Jubilee Singers would be celebrating their 25th Anniversary at Grace Presbyterian at 1515 W. Charleston on May 17th and 18th, 2014, Charles began focusing along with the group, in 2013 all the activities that would take place on those dates. By February 2014 all plans had been formulated. Even though he will not be present, his spirit will certainly be felt. Being a just and God gifted man, he touched and molded many lives among his students and other people as he passed their way. Surviving to cherish his memories are: Ruthy Perry-Stull, his loving wife, his daughter, Gail Manuel, his sisters, Ruth Stull and Marye Patterson, his brother, Clarence Stull, the Jubilee Gospel Singers of Grace Presbyterian, Las Vegas, Nv. and many other relatives and friends.
