Funeral services for Mr. Charles A. Mackey, Sr., age 58, of Winnfield, La., will be held Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Winnfield Funeral Home of Winnfield, La., with Rev. Tommy Hamms officiating. Interment will follow in the Winnfield Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday, from 6-8 P.M. Mr. Mackey, a retired millwright and US Army veteran, passed Tuesday, April 21, 2009, at his residence. Mr. Mackey is survived by: four(4) sons, Reginald Dunlap of California, Charles A. Mackey, Jr., of Winnfield, La., Benjamin Mackey of Natchitoches, La., and Titoe Williams of Winnfield, La. two(2) daughters, Sheila Phillips of Winnfield, La., and Mable McCullen of Dallas, Tx. his mother, Lena Mackey of Winnfield, La. one(1) brother, Lonnie Mackey of Winnfield, La.. one(1) sister, Nita Mackey of Las Vegas, Nev. Other survivors include sixteen(16) grandchildren, three(3) great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
