A student and a resident and native of Baton Rouge, he died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2008, at Childrens Hospital in New Orleans. He was 16. Visiting at New Light Baptist Church on Sunday, Feb. 3, from 4 p.m. until religious service at 6 p.m. Dismissal on Monday, Feb. 4, at 11 a.m. with interment in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Alexandria. He is survived by his parents, Cathy Neal and Darrell Netter; a sister, Chassity Neal; and a brother, Caleb Neal. Preceded in death by two brothers, Namarie Deontia Williams and Darnell Neal; and grandfathers, Frank Neal Sr. and Moses Netter Jr. Winnfield Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
