We mourn the Loss and Celebrate the Life and Legacy of Pastor, Dr. Artis Ray Cash, Sr. 68, of Shreveport, LA. Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, November 26, 2016, 10:00 A.M., Refreshing Point Ministries, 9279 Linwood Ave, Shreveport, LA 71106. Interment will be held at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery, Shreveport, LA. Dr. Cash was a very special, extraordinary and remarkable man of God who also dedicated his life to his family. Preceded in death, are his parents, Jasper Cash and Mary Alice Cash Delton. Also preceded in death is the late Debora Ann Bonty Cash of which he was married to for thirty-two (32) years – June 12, 1982 – May 9, 2014. He leaves to cherish his memories, his Financè, Ms. Eva J. Harris (Shreveport, LA), who loved him unconditionally and was by his side faithfully; five children, Artis R. Cash Jr., Stephen Arthur Cash, David Sterling Cash (Shreveport, LA), Matthew Austin Cash (Baton Rouge, LA) , and one (1) daughter, Karen Turner (Arthur S. Sr.) Jenkins (Los Angeles, CA); two (2) granddaughters Aubreny (DeAndrè) Harling, Kimeelah Jenkins, one (1) grandson Arthur S. Jenkins, Jr, and one (1) great-granddaughter Xeniya Harling all of Carson, CA. Eva's children, Cheteva J. Marshall (Longivew, TX) and Brian S. Jenkins (Marshall, TX); Eva's two (2) grandchildren, Tiya Taylor and Cailan Montgomery (Longivew, TX); three (3) brothers, Earnest (Willie Mae) Cash, Robert Cash (Shreveport, LA), Herman (Glennis) Cash, Jr.(Los Angeles, CA) ; one (1) sister, Ella Elizabeth Cash (Shreveport, LA); a phenomenal Mother-In-Law, Mrs. Annie Bonty; two brothers Kenneth Bonty, Jr., Miles Bonty, and Byron Bonty (Shreveport, LA); a special spiritual son and daughter, Pastor Kevin Feaster and his lovely wife Minister Odessa Feaster (Arlington, TX) who currently serve as the Associate Pastor of Shreveport Christian Church; Church members of Shreveport Christian Church, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. As a prophet, teacher and pastor he also had many daughters and sons of the faith.
