Celebration of Life Service will be Friday, November 18, 2016, 2:00 P.M. Both will be held at the Winnfield Funeral Home, 3701 Hollywood Avenue, Shreveport, LA. Interment will be held at Zion Rest Cemetery, Shreveport, LA. Mrs. Thomas was born March 5, 1933 in Williamsburg, West Virginia. She was employed by Federal Civil Services for over 20 years. She is proceeded in death by her husband Tech. Sgt. Clarence Lane Thomas for 28 years. Mrs. Thomas has two children, Vanessa N. Bazile and Sheila R. Thomas.
